FAQ's

How do I shop at MarilynGlass.com?
Our items are primarily offered online as opposed to a retail store open to the general public. Much of our business continues to be done online, with items shipped worldwide from Los Angeles. Sales are arranged on a private and discrete basis and new individual clients, collectors, celebrities and museums are always welcome.

What are your prices?
In many instances MarilynGlass.com may also serve as a fashion and research resource to collectors and museums and the listing of prices on the site might be considered inappropriate. If interested in acquiring a particular piece you may email us and we'll be happy to give you the price.

Are the items guaranteed?
Items are fully guaranteed as to authenticity. We strive to provide a complete and professional description, full and accurate condition report and exact measurements. As we are not a brick-and-mortar retail clothing store there are no returns, credits or refunds.

I didn't find what I wanted
We do not list everything online but prefer to offer a personally handpicked selection of the most stylish fashions from many of the top name designers. If you are looking for something in particular and don't see it listed it's still possible that we may have it or, utilizing a wide variety of resources, may be able to get it for you. We constantly update the site with new offerings, in both vintage and modern, so check back on a regular basis. If you're looking for something and didn't find it please do contact us. And, of course, Wish Lists are always welcome.

What are the terms of sale?
Items subject to availability. As MarilynGlass.com is also used for research purposes sold items may not always be marked as such and may still appear on website.

Payment due immediately (or as per acquisition procedure for museums, studios, etc). Payment may be made via credit card, paypal, money order, cashier's check, wire transfer, organizational check and personal check (at discretion of seller).

Seller is not responsible for garment fit, acts of God, buyer's remorse, buyer's critique of original design and/or manufacture of item and/or other things outside of seller's control. All sales are final.

Who owns this business?
The owner is Marilyn Glass, of New York and Los Angeles. She is a longtime established dealer in modern and vintage fashion worldwide. For more information and details please see "about us" page.
